These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Lumiota’s website and services. By using our site or purchasing any service, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Services

Lumiota provides SEO, technical optimization, guest blogging, and marketing strategy services for Shopify and eCommerce websites. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in each client proposal or invoice.

3. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments are due in advance unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.

  • Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable, except in cases of non-delivery of agreed services.

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate website and business details necessary to complete the project.

4. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary access to your website, analytics, or SEO tools (when required).

  • Refrain from making conflicting SEO changes during active campaigns.

  • Follow fair use and legal compliance regarding your website content.

5. Intellectual Property

All reports, deliverables, and content provided remain the intellectual property of Lumiota until full payment is received. Upon payment, ownership of custom deliverables transfers to the client.

6. Limitation of Liability

Lumiota is not responsible for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from SEO performance or algorithm changes.

  • Downtime or third-party service disruptions beyond our control.
    Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep project-related and business information confidential. Lumiota will not disclose client data or performance metrics without written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
